Assorted wide belts:  5 for $10 @ Ardene (RSP:  $9.50 each)

I'm really surprised with these belts!  They're actually decent quality, compared to the kind of stuff they normally have here.  They look on par with a somewhat more expensive store.

The multi buckle belt is what caught my eye - I loved it!  I just had to have it, I'm such a sucker for multi buckled belts.

The one beside it was my second choice, and the brown/fake suede one was my third.  Even though it's simple, I thought it looked good.

I already have some leopard belts, but these two had to come home too.  One of them had a really neat snake buckle closure that I was really surprised to see here...they don't normally have things so edgy.

Then the other one just looked so classy with the shiny gold belt.  That one in particular looked a lot more expensive than it was!

From now on, no more belts unless they're drastically different from what I already have...I got so many belts today, and I already had so many at home!  It's time for a closet purge..

Three buckle belt:  $2.49 (RSP:  $35)
Brown belt:  $.99 (RSP:  $19.95)
Ruched black belt:  $.50 (RSP:  $39.95)
Brown suede belt:  $2.50 (RSP:  $35)
Wide brown leather belt:  $2.50 (RSP:  $45)
Wide black leather belt:  $2.50 (RSP:  $45)

All @ Le Chateau outlet.

I was so surprised to find these belts!  Normally the outlets around here aren't cheap at all...this location was no exception, besides the belts.

There was literally a tiny box right in front of the register that had them.  They were already deep clearanced, plus there was another 50% off the last ticketed price!

Some of them are real leather, which surprised me.  The last two are amazing, I'm really happy with them!  A lot of belts that design are just pull through belts.  These ones actually have buckle hooks, which I prefer.

1968 Barbie doll case:  $1.50 @ Penny pincher
Liv Twist n Dance Daniella:  $1 @ MCC Thrift Shop
Calvin Klein - Euphoria perfume:  free (or, $13.95!)

I actually got the case about a week ago, but I forgot to post it.

The case is in pretty beat up condition, but I've always wanted a vintage barbie case!  They don't go for much on ebay, but there's no way I could have gotten one for less than this...shipping alone is always at least $10.

I hope I can find some of the older, classier ones, but for now this'll do.

I'm over my Liv kick, but I told myself I'd pick up the ones with neat hair under $2....and this one fits the bill!

Not only does this one have neat here, she has great makeup, and great boots!  With no tax either, it was a no brainer!

The boots and tights are original, but I thought her outfit looked pretty bad anyway.

The perfume was a gift for subscribing to Elle.  I really don't think they would have sent it to me if I didn't ask about it...I waited two months, and still nothing!

After I complained, it magically appeared in the mail, alone, two weeks later.

So anyway, $13.95 was for one year, which is decent by itself.  I love reading fashion magazines, but newstand prices are a total ripoff.

But $1.16 per issue is totally worth it!  The perfume was the clincher...it's worth about $20 alone!  I just had to jump on the deal.

I've seen some other subscriptions that are around the same price, and I am tempted to buy them...but I'll hold out for ones that have additional promotions like this one.

Studded navy leather box purse DIY - total price:  $2.99 (purse) + $1 (180 studs) = $3.99

And that's why I love DIY's!  The box was so plain when I got it, I wasn't sure if I would keep it.  I actually only bought it because the leather was so sumptuous.

It did have a lot of surface wear though, which is why I was ok with studding it.

I just hope the studs don't come off too easily!  Even though I used the 'strongest glue on the planet,' it's not that strong on leather.

It came off a lot less easy than other glues I tried, but it did still come off with a tiny bit of effort.  I hope that won't happen once the glue is cured.

It took soooo long!  No more tiny studs unless it's absolutely necessary.  They don't look as good most of the time anyway, but I thought they were perfect for this job.

Monster High - Picture Day Cleo:  $18.74 @ Superstore.

This is originally what I wanted to buy with my points, but I couldn't find her anywhere.

I didn't have any more points, so I wasn't sure if I should buy her.  I do think she's very pretty, but not as detailed or intricate as other dolls I've gotten for around the same price (ie, ghouls rule).

Plus, the dolls I did get with my points were cheaper, and way more interesting!

Anyway, after taking too long to decide, I ended up buying her.  I still might return her, but I probably won't.

At least I wasn't tempted at all by the other dolls in the line!  She was hard to find, so I took it as a sign.

Seductions - Faux leather cut out sleeve top:  $2.50 (RSP:  $30)
Seductions - White lace peplum top with gold plate:  $5 (RSP:  $22)

Both @ Urban Behavior.

I wish the one near me didn't close down!  It was even better than this one, and it was way closer.  This one still has good deals sometimes, but it's so out of the way, I hardly come.

I was so happy when I found the white top!  I saw a peach one at Sirens for $10, and I was even considering it at that price.  So I just had to buy it when I saw it for $5!

I normally wouldn't buy the other top, but I really like the cut out sleeve detailing.  I can't believe it retailed for $30!  That's even more than the white top, which looks way more expensive.

Even the back is gorgeous...it's lace with a keyhole cutout.  I might buy the peach one too!

Ingledew's / Cornell creations - navy leather purse with gold handle:  $3.99
Big crocodile (embossed?) leather purse:  $6.99

Both @ Salvation Army.

Busy day today!  I had time left on my fare, so I decided to come here.  It's the biggest one, and I almost always find something good.

I almost freaked out when I saw the crocodile purse!

I love the emblem...it reminds me of the trussardi tote I got a while back.

The quality is amazing, it's even lined in supple leather!

The mark on the zipper is very coach like..

I really wonder who made this!  Everything feels very high end, I hope someone will recognize the markings!

It's such good quality, I wonder why there are no markings?  It really does feel expensive, but I don't see why they wouldn't brand the item after putting so much work in.

The other purse was an afterthought.  I liked it, but I didn't really want to pay too much for it.

The handle is what sold me on it.  It's retractable!  The leather isn't that great though, and it has some flaws.  I'm definitely going to stud that thing.

High fashion - Black quilted leather chain strap bag:  $3 @ Journey home thrift store

I haven't been here in forever!  It's so out of the way.

The only reason I went here is because it's across the street from a value village...this store is so small, it really wouldn't be worth it just to come for it alone.

Anyway, I came back with this!  It needs some cleaning, but I think it'll look beautiful once it's shaped and conditioned.  It really doesn't need much work at all!

It's a lot bigger than most of my purses, so it's a welcome addition to my closet.  Plus, I'm always down for quilted leather!

It's also made in Italy....it's a winning combination!

The Oatmeal - 5 very good reasons to punch a dolphin in the mouth:  $4.99 @ Value Village (RSP:  $16.99)

I normally don't buy used books, but when I saw this one on display, I just had to take a look.  Just read the title!  I had to know what was inside.

Well, turns out it's a volume of hilarious comics.  Seriously!  I haven't laughed that hard in a long time.  I spent a good amount of time just standing there and reading it, but I wouldn't have bought it just for that.

This is why:

It's signed by the author, there's even a drawing on the inside cover!  I thought that was special.  Otherwise, I probably would have just read it online or bought a new copy somewhere else.

Urban Behavior leather collection - tan leather jacket:  $9.99 (RSP:  $100+)
Round quilted gold chain snakeskin purse:  $6.99
Talbots - Periwinkle blue leather purse:  $8.99 (RSP:  $60+)

All @ Value Village.

I hate this location!  They always charge so much.  There was another snakeskin clutch I was considering, but I'll only buy it if it's around on half off day.

The other purses were way more than I wanted to pay, but I just couldn't leave them behind.

Recently, I've really wanted to find a quilted snakeskin purse!  So I just couldn't pass it up once I finally found one.

It's really small, but it's such great quality.  The rest of the purse is made out of a nice leather, including the lining.  I would have preferred to pay $5 or less though, considering the size.

Looking around the net, similar quilted purses of that size go for at least $100 new, so I guess it wasn't so bad overall.

The Talbots one is very similar to the Ann Taylor one I bought a while back!  That one was cheaper, and actually a little bigger than this one.

Other than that, the design is practically the same, down to the compartments on the inside!  I'm convinced they were made at the same factory.

$9 was kind of a ripoff, but I bought it because I really liked the colour, and it looked completely unused.  It's rare to find a leather purse that shade...and it's perfect for spring!

The coat was a huge surprise.  I didn't find anything wrong with it, so I have no idea why it was priced so low!

I actually considered waiting until it was half price, but I'm glad I came to my senses.  All of my other Urban Behavior leather were this price or more at half off!

It's actually the same design as the black one I have...that one cost more than this one, and it was 30% off when I got it!

Red and black leopard print tights:  $1 each @ Urban Planet (RSP:  $6 each)

I'm glad I decided to go in.  Most of the time their stuff is overpriced, but sometimes they surprise you.

I definitely wanted the red ones, since I don't have any red patterned tights.  I was a little undecided on the black one, since I did have it before.

Stupidly, I gave it to a friend!  I thought I had an extra, but it turns out I didn't (or I do...but I just can't find it).

I was actually going to buy another one on the internet, but I'm glad I didn't.  This was way cheaper, and with no wait!

This is a gift from Willowbrook mall.  There's a pedometer, a kashi bar, plus a bunch of store specific coupons.

You get it when you sign up for their 'shape up' promotion...this mall always has something neat going on!

They're even having a reality TV trainer give a speech next month!  I'm excited for that...they're even having a free lunch with it!

Gorilla super glue:  $5.09 @ Michael's (RSP:  $8.49)
Jacques Vert - Brown leather purse with beige stripe accent:  $3.99 @ Salvation Army (RSP:  $60+)

I haven't been to Michael's in so long!  I needed a stronger glue for my studding projects, so I decided to get this one.

They claim they're the strongest on earth!  I had a coupon, so I decided to buy it there...plus, I don't know where else this brand is sold.

Also went to Salvation Army, since I was in the area.

I really liked the purse, but I thought it was kind of pricey for $4, since it is kind of plain, and it has some minor wear on the outside.

It's from one of the brands I always look out for though, so I just had to get it.  They always use such nice leather, and their designs are always classic and timeless.

Red studded heart clutch:  $21.98 (Highest:  $30+)
300 6mm gold studs:  $1.60 (Highest:  $6.50)
50 12mm gold studs:  $1.06 (Highest:  $5.54)

All off eBay.

I was so excited about that heart clutch, but it wasn't as great in person.

Probably because I paid too much, and the stud job was kind of sloppy.  I personally think my DIY's look better!

They would have cost me a lot less too...I actually bought two blank heart clutches for $11.50 each!

I'm planning on studding them, but with better studs.  I love the pointy ones, this one's a little too tame for my tastes!

At least I didn't buy more than one.  I was really considering the white one too!

Monster High - CAM Insect (RSP:  $12.67 - $19.99)
Monster High - CAM Blob and Ice girl (RSP:  $22.47 - $29.99)

Both for $19.36 (including tax) @ Superstore

I originally wanted to get Picture Day Cleo, but sadly, they didn't have her.  But it turns out, all of the other monster high stuff was 25% off too!

Of course, I didn't know that.  It wasn't advertised, and stupidly, none of the signs were up!

After finding out about it from a local group, I decided to go back and get these instead.

I had $20 in points, which is why everything ended up being so cheap.

I'm still tempted by Cleo, but these were a far better deal!  Way cheaper, plus far more interesting...I've wanted that bee girl for over a year!

The other set just came out, but I wanted it just as much.  I love unique dolls, especially ones with clear or glittery bodies.

I've seen these double packs as low as $20 before, but $22.67 seemed like a great deal for a new release.

They work out to less than $7 each, which is a total steal in my book....especially compared to the $20 for the one Cleo, whom I already have a ton of.

That version is quite pretty though.  If I see her, I might still pick her up!

Fuchsia snakeskin purse with gold lion clasp DIY - total price:  $4.70 (purse including tax) + $.34 (lion head) = $5.04

I love this!  The purse was amazing quality and looked new, but it was sort of plain.  The lion head brings everything together, it just looks so good!

It's not exactly a clasp of course, but it looks that way from afar.  I grappled with several other placements before finally deciding on this one.

Can't wait to do more DIY's!  I just need to pick up some reliable super glue before I can start on my next projects.

I'm so glad I picked up all of those plain, but otherwise amazing bags in the past.  They're going to look phenomenal when I'm done with them!

Ruffled \ woven pleat high collar blouse:  $3
Algo - Lace heart shaped collar blazer:  $2.75

Both @ MCC Thrift Shop

Had to come for half off day!  The day wasn't too great overall, but thankfully I came away with these gems.

The blazer was such a steal!  It's gorgeous, I knew I had to have it the moment I laid eyes on it.  I just love the heart shaped collar.

I was undecided on the blouse.  I thought the high neck collar was so unique, but it is horrendous overall, as is.

Plus, the price!  Even more than my awesome blazer??

In the end, I bought it because I thought it had a lot of potential.  After I cut those ugly sleeves off, it's going to be gorgeous!

It buttons up at the back...which might actually be the front...but this looks way better!

Thursday, March 21, 2013

Floral gold cuff:  $1.90 (Highest:  $7.50)
Multi patterned gold cuff:  $1.50 (BIN:  $4.97)
Circular stud gold cuff:  $2.26 (BIN:  $4.97)

Weaved middle gold cuff:  $.93 (BIN:  $4.97)
Snakeskin pattern gold cuff:  $1.54 (BIN:  $4.97)
Riveted gold cuff:  $2.14 (BIN:  $4.97)

All off eBay.

I really shouldn't have bought so many!  I didn't plan to, but I really didn't expect so many of them to end that low.

I'm really happy about the riveted gold cuff though, it's so cool!

The rest are neat too, but they really look similar to all of my other gold cuffs....at least the last one is distinct.  No more unless they're completely different from what I already have.

Wednesday, March 20, 2013

14 Gold lion head with hanging ring charms:  $4.38 (BIN:  $6.99)
Amber statement necklace:  $2.73 (BIN:  $13.51)

Both off eBay.

Those lion heads are gorgeous, but I'm really kicking myself for paying so much!  Mine was the lowest auction at that point, but the next one only ended at around a dollar...that person sure got a deal!

I haven't been buying necklaces for a while, but this is one I've wanted for a long time.  I'm happy I finally won it for a decent price.

Tuesday, March 19, 2013

Spiked heart shaped sequin mini clutch - total price:  $1.56 (clutch including tax) +  $.43 (studs) = $1.99

Another DIY!  I had an extra of this clutch...I picked it up at Claire's for super cheap.  So cheap, I couldn't leave any of them behind!

I already gave two away, and had one more that I thought I'd give to someone else.

But instead, I decided to make an awesome studded clutch.  It beats paying $20 for the ones on eBay!

Though I did end up doing that for another colour...well, that one was bigger anyway.

Anyway, the hot glue was way too messy, there are some gobs around the edges that I couldn't get off...so next time, I'm trying super glue!

Monday, March 18, 2013

Lot of 100 1cm wide silver spikes:  $1.59 (Highest:  $5.20)
Lot of 100 silver rectangular studs:  $1.25 (Highest:  $9.50)
Wide shiny gold mirror belt:  $5.89 (BIN:  $7.88+)

Lot of 200 8mm wide silver spikes:  $2.26 (Highest:  $6.58)
Lot of 300 6mm wide gold spikes:  $1.66 (Highest:  $5.54)

20 pieces 52mm silver spikes:  $1.69
50 pieces 35mm silver spikes:  $1.49
100 pieces 25mm silver spikes:  $1.69

All off eBay.

Ever since I studded that turquoise clutch I've been on a DIY kick!  I didn't have the supplies so I decided to go to my old standby, ebay.

The spikes were a total mistake.  They were a lot smaller than I thought, I really have no use for them.

But at least I have exciting ideas for the studs.  Can't wait!  I still have more in other sizes coming in the mail.

I've been wanting that shiny gold belt for a long time....I saw a decently priced auction so I finally decided to bite the bullet.

It's a great belt, but I would have been more comfortable paying around $3.50 for it.

Oh well, at least I didn't pay $10+ like a lot of other suckers!

Sunday, March 17, 2013

'Doomed' crystal skull shot glass:  $3.35 off eBay (RSP:  $10+)

I love this cup!  The concept is so cool...it looks even better when something's in it:

I've known about this for months, but was waiting for a decent price.

I'd really rather pay $2 something, but most of the BIN's were nearly $5+ so this seemed like as good as it was going to get.

Stupidly, when I first found out about this cup a year ago, a listing had JUST ended - $.99 a glass, including shipping!

It wasn't a mistake either, they sold over a hundred of them!

I'm really kicking myself for not finding that listing on time, that was a great deal!  Could have gotten three for the price I paid for this one....

I kind of don't think another deal like that will come around, but if it does, I'm going to stockpile them!

I thought this was going to be shot glass sized, but surprisingly, it is the size of a small cup.  It doesn't hold much liquid though.

Buti Super Oscar (strange name!) - Crocodile leather purse:  $5.99 @ Value Village

What a gorgeous purse!  I actually came to this area because I thought one of the stores was having a half off sale, but it's actually next week.  I might come back again, just because I love thrifting!

I bought this because I thought it might be genuine crocodile skin.  I love exotic skins!  I've never found one before so it's been on my wish list forever.

It's definitely leather, but I don't know if it's crocodile.  It seems unlikely, most would stamp it as such if that were the case (but still, sometimes not?).  It's probably just a good embossed leather.

Either way, it's beautiful, and I'm so happy I got it!  It's even lined with a soft supple leather, this is a great quality purse.  Even the cashier commented on it!

Based on the closure, I think it's probably from the 70's.  But it's in great condition, it looks practically new!  Score!

I found out there's an Italian bag company named Buti (in cursive too, but a little different), I wonder if they're the same.

If it's them (which is what I'm leaning towards), it was definitely a deal, since their bags retail for $300+!

Monster High - Ghouls Rule Clawdeen (RSP:  $34.99 - $36.99)
Monster High - Ghouls Rule Frankie (RSP:  $34.99 - $36.99)

$20 $10.78 for both @ Wal mart.

Finally finished the set!  I'm so glad I picked the right ones beforehand, this one only had these two left.

I price matched with toys r us and used up all of my gift cards, which is how I was able to get them so cheap.

Hooray!  I really love that Clawdeen.  She's my favourite one released.  That costume is so edgy and different, I'm surprised to see it on a toy for children.

That's probably why there were so many of her left!

Saturday, March 9, 2013

Nima - Black purse with gold metal panther emblem:  $6 @ Sisters (RP:  $9.99)

The purse was a bit of an impulse buy.  I don't normally like going into that shop since the prices are kind of high, and I don't like such personalized attention.  I'm pretty much the only person in there whenever I go!

They were having a 40% off sale, and I hadn't been there in a while, so I decided to go in.

I'm glad I did!  This purse caught my eye right away, I thought it was so neat.

I almost didn't buy it because the material was kind of crappy.  A kind of hard, waterproof nylon.

But I'm glad I came to my senses and bought it.  It's so unique, I love it!

The brand wasn't anywhere on my bag, but I found out who made it by researching online.

It turns out they have a ton of other gold feline emblem bags, including the same one in white:

I feel like I prefer the white, but this black one is pretty charming too.  Plus, I haven't seen this colour on the internet before!

Bag of Silvanian Families:  $2.99 @ Value Village (RSP:  $50+)

Total score on the Sylvanian figures!  I was so happy when I found them.  I knew there were a lot of them in there, turns out there were 12 in all:

There are foxes, beavers, white rabbits, mice, and this adorable tiny dog!  Plus a carriage that's surprisingly nice quality.

Turns out the rabbits came with the carriage, and it retailed for around $22.

Mine's just missing the rattle!  The bag also had a complete Slydale fox family so that was nice too.

Everything's really nice quality, from the clothing to the figures themselves.  I didn't really notice with my last ones since those ones were nude and sort of used.

What a great deal!  They're so darling and poseable.  The tiniest ones are my favourites, barring the rabbit babies that have no mobility.

They cost around $5 each new, which is a total ripoff!  They're cute and all, but for how simple they are they're worth a lot less.

Seriously!  A lot of dollar store stores have the same kind of functionality.  These are way cuter and much better quality, but I'll bet they don't cost much more to produce.

Pale turquoise dress with zipper front (RSP:  $29)
Peplum tops - Black, white, hot coral, pale turquoise (RSP:  $10 each)

$4 each @ Sirens.

I think I really bought these since another location I went to was so disappointing.  It was supposed to be an outlet, but when I got there, everything was full price!

I actually did want these peplum tops, but they weren't that great of a deal considering their retail price.

They quality was nice enough and I do love the style, so I bought them anyway.  They're great basics.

The dress on the other hand, is made out of really crappy feeling materials.  I love the colour, and the style's ok (kind of on the smutty side), but there was nothing else that seemed worth it.

I was definitely buying those other tops, so I thought I might as well get something for free with the coupon.  There's no reason not to!

But those are really the kind of tops I buy as filler, when there's something else that I really love and want to get a deal on.

There's nothing here that I really needed to have, but like I said, they were good basics that I didn't already have, and I really like this whole peplum trend.

I really need to stop coming here for a while!  Maybe next time they'll have something new and interesting.

Friday, March 8, 2013

Old clown figure:  $.80
Coral\beige\silver turnlock purse:  $2

Ikea - wavy Krabb mirror:  $1 (RSP:  $7.50)

Well, retail price was $14.99 for two, but I only had one.  Still a deal to me...actually, full price new was actually pretty decent.

After passing up a purse I really liked at Value Village because the materials were crappy, I couldn't pass this one up.  This was the gorgeous purse I did pass up ($9? When all of the materials are man made?  No way I'm paying that!):

Sure, the materials were crappy too on the purse I actually bought, but I loved the look!  The colour combination is unique and fantastic.  Silver...coral...cream!  Even two of those would have been fantastic!

It is really dying though, too bad.  The fabric is peeling in a lot of places, and it feels sticky.  I think it might fall apart if I try to clean it.

But for $2, no tax....I'll take my chances!  At least it looks great from far away.

And the clown...I really shouldn't have bought it.  But it was $.80, no tax!  I thought it was neat.

If it were modern there'd be no way, but it's made out of weird materials.  Kind of feels like paper mache, but I'm not sure.  The pants are hard, yet flimsy, plastic!  Feel like a crushed milk jug.

I was also really tempted by this print:

I just really like the subject matter, I love religious art!  I don't find it beautiful or anything like that.

I didn't buy it because I didn't think it was worth $8.  All of the materials were crappy!  The frame was plastic and the paper felt cheap...it wasn't even covered in glass.

Monster High - Ghouls Rule Draculaura:  $10 @ Superstore (RSP:  $32.99)
Monster High - Ghouls Rule Cleo:  $20 @ Toys r us (RSP:  $36.99)

Hooray!  That Draculaura is my absolute favourite...quite possibly my favourite monster high doll of all time!

I love everything about her, especially those spiderweb eyelashes and those lacy wings.

But there was no way I was going to pay nearly $40 for her, especially when she only retailed for $20 in the states!

She finally went on sale today...for US retail...which was good enough for me!

I got her cheaper at Superstore since I used my gift card.

I'm going to get the last two at wal mart, since most of it will be covered by my free gift cards.  Yay!  I really love that Clawdeen.

The other two girls are gorgeous too, but I wasn't super crazy about them.  Draculaura and Clawdeen were the must haves.

But since I saved up my gift cards so long, I thought I might as well splurge.  They'll all work out to $10 each, which is a price I definitely would have paid for them!

Lace pattern mirrored jewelry boxes:  $4 each (RSP:  $32 each)
Metallic rose drinking flask:  $2 (RSP:  $14.50)
Satin rosette lace covered gemstone cuff:  $2.25 (RSP:  $16.50)
Pink glitter heart shaped drinking flask:  $2 (RSP:  $16.50)

All @ Icing by Claire's.

I made out like a bandit today!  Really wasn't expecting to have such a successful day of shopping.

I love mirrored jewelry boxes, and $4 for one is a steal!  I wasn't sure if I should buy these ones though, since they were less than half the size of my other one ($5 for that was still the best deal ever!).

The bigger one had three drawers while the other ones have two drawers and a top compartment.  A better picture of the pattern on the pink one:

I bought them anyway.  I thought I could do something with them.  At first I was wondering if I should buy the one, and I ended up buying them all!

The bottom row was an afterthought.  I pretty much pick up any $2 flask that catches my eye...and the cuff...I just thought it was neat.

Khaki lace dress with lace peplum (RSP:  $24)
Hot pink belted ruffle dress (RSP:  $29)

Sweater dresses (RSP:  $16 each)

$20 for everything @ Sirens.

I'm so glad I didn't buy that first dress when I saw it a few days ago!  It was instant love...it was $12 there, and I was willing to pay it!

But I came to my senses and decided to check out the other ones, after I had the coupon.  I'm so glad I did!

This one had the dress priced at $10, plus they had those sweaters for $2.50 each!

Just think...it would have been an $8 difference for 5 items less if I bought the dress at the first location.  Patting myself on the back here!

I actually didn't think I'd like the hot pink dress at all, but surprisingly, it's pretty flattering!  I don't even mind the colour.  Especially for that price!

That's enough hot pink for me too.  And baby pink!

I wasn't sure how often I'd wear the pink or yellow ones, but I definitely wanted everything else so there was no point in not buying them, since they were free with the coupon.

Union jack heart shaped clutch:  $15.99 off eBay (Highest:  $30+)

This is a lot more than I wanted to pay, but I just loved this clutch!  I'm a sucker for heart shaped things and for union jacks.

I thought about it for a while and still wanted it just as much weeks later, so I finally decided to splurge.

Ughh, turns out it's even cheaper right now at $15.57!

Well, at least I wasn't one of those suckers who paid over $30 for the same thing.  There's a surprisingly high amount of those people!

My little pony - Rainbow dash RC plane:  $5.99 @ Value Village (RSP:  $24.99+)

It was a semi-half price day, and on things I probably wasn't going to buy.  But I just can't resist the allure of thrift stores!

I really came back to pick up those lamps I wanted last time, but sadly, they were both gone.  Darn!  Next time I see something like that (and for that price) I won't hesitate.

I really hesitated on this though.  I used to be big into MLP, but now I have so much stuff I need to get rid of!  It seemed dumb to add one more thing to the pile.

Except...this is radio controlled!  I don't have anything that's radio controlled.  Plus, it makes a lot of cute noises, even ones that are supposed to be coming from the pony (a lot of 'wheeee!' noises).

I figured it retailed for way  more, so in the end I decided it was worth it.

Turns out MLP uses this RC gimmick a lot...there are two on shelves right now!  At $25 and $30 respectively, so I don't know which one this retailed at.

It probably cost even more than that, since this one has the awesome sound affects and the other ones don't.

It came out in 2010.  I don't have any G3's in this style...I really don't like these or G4's.  They just look way too juvenile and cartoony for me.

I didn't even take the plastic off its hair, I might sell the pony and put my preferred G1 babies in there instead.

The annoying thing is, the control came with batteries, but the plane didn't!

Also, it is kind of dumb to have a plane that can't fly.  Oh well, it's pretty cute overall!
