Lilu shower curtain hangers:  $.25 each @ Liquidation World (RSP:  $14)

These were such a steal!  Even the crappy plastic ones are at least a buck per pack, and these are much nicer.

I love pink, and I love flowers...I probably would have paid much more for these, so I'm ecstatic I got them for next to nothing.

20 Freshwater pearl rings:  $6.51 @ Ebay

This was an amazing deal!  The rings shown in the auction were an entirely different style, so this lot was a complete surprise-they were much better than shown!

With this, I've completely had my fill of pearl rings.  I almost wish I didn't buy the other ones..4 of them are pretty similar in style to some of the ones above, and they cost me much more.

Only 3 of them were doubles, so I'm pretty satisfied with how this lot turned out.

Faded Glory - army print shorts:  $2 @ Dollarama (RSP:  $10)

I've never seen clothing there, aside from the usual undergarments and thin tanks.  I thought the above were pretty cute, and the quality seemed standard enough...so I bought them on a whim.

Keep in mind that these are technically girls clothing, while I am a 25 year old woman.  I ended up picking up the largest one they had there-how often am I going to find shorts I like for two bucks?

It's a size 16R, which equates somewhere between a size 2-4 in standard woman's sizing.  I suppose the overall pant length would be shorter in this sizing convention, which really doesn't make a difference for this piece.

It almost passed the neck test.  I can put them on, but they're a tight fit.  I'm pretty sure they'll fit perfectly once those last few pounds come off :x.

Cream clutch with chain and strap detailing:  $2 @ Icing by Claire's (RSP:  $25)
Gathered gray clutch:  $2 @ Icing by Claire's (RSP:  $25)
Wide double buckle belt:  $2 @ Icing by Claire's (RSP:  $20.50)

I actually didn't intend to go here today, but I happened to be in the area.  I'm really glad I did, since all of the other places I went to were pretty disappointing.

They're not usually the style I go for, but I do like having variety.  I didn't have any purses even remotely like that, so they ended up coming home with me.

There were actually several more $2 purses in other styles, but I mainly left them due to the material.  I prefer leather or synthetic leather for the most part, other types of fabric just seem cheap.

Other than that, I left the others because I didn't think I would ever use them, or I just didn't really like them that much.  I would buy any two dollar purse if I thought I would get even one use out of it, so you can just imagine how these purses were.

One was like a giant sequined change purse on a chain...which would have been interesting enough, except it was hideously long.  Another was small and almost charming, except very cheaply made and prone to spillage.  Others just had no handles, something that is a must have for me.

Most of the belts were clearanced to $2 as well, but the one above ended up being misplaced on that rack.  It's actually still on the site for full price!

Various leatherette wallets:  5 for $5.61 on Ebay

They're tacky, but I bought them to harvest parts for my own projects (the sweet innards).

Not shown are one exactly the same as the above but in black, and another in flat red (the others are embossed..with bears).  I've already finished the flat red one:

It's my most adored wallet!  I actually stole the print from a cheap wallet I bought several years ago at Dollar Giant.  I think I paid $1.25 plus tax for it.

That one was a crappy trifold wallet (totally mangled the scene), but I was completely enamored with the print.  I kind of wish I bought more back then, though I don't remember seeing any other scenes I liked.

Still, I probably could have found a few more if I was diligent about it-I haven't been able to find printed pleather of any sort since then!

I was starting to think that I would never do anything with it..I just had it lying in my drawer for five years!

Principles - black leather boots:  $10 @ Shoe Warehouse (RSP:  $119.95)

These boots are gorgeous!  I love the softer ruched material in the middle and the studded hook strap on the side.

They are leather, but the quality seems to be lower than the other ones I've purchased, hence the lower retail price.  The design more than makes up for the tactile difference though!

They were my actual size.  I normally like to get them a little bigger, but these were the only ones they had.

They weren't uncomfortable, but they weren't the most comfortable boots I've ever tried on.  Still, I couldn't resist for the price.

Surprisingly, they were even more comfortable then these boots, even though those ones are about 2 sizes bigger than what I take.

I prefer these boots on all levels, so I kind of wish I passed on the other ones back then.  Oh well, at least I didn't get the second pair in brown like I originally planned :x.
