Finally found those elephants!  I've been looking for a while, but I've never seen them anywhere.  They only had one of each at this location, and I haven't seen them anywhere since!  I do think they're the best looking ones.

This is the prettiest one yet!  Though the tin was pretty huge compared to what was inside. 

It scanned up at $26, which is pretty surprising.  The body cream works out to $12 and the hand cream works out to $4, so that's pretty overpriced!

I've been looking for more of those banks, but I only ever see one or two at each location.  I found this once before (only one there) and it was in better condition, so I kind of wish I got that one instead! 

I was waiting to find a cache so I could pick one out, but it doesn't look like it'll happen.  I want to find the elephant and the duck next!  I haven't seen them yet...I saw the crowned pig today and wasn't interested.

I couldn't resist!  I wish they were cheaper...I remember they used to be a dollar less when I first started noticing them around (not this style).

I'm not that crazy about the pearl glazing for this one, I'd much rather have it be chrome like the other one!  I'll probably leave that in box until I check out more locations.

They also had a light up buddha snowglobe for $16.99.  I thought that was expensive, but I saw it for $48 online!!  I'm kind of interested in it, but it's still a bit more than I want to pay.

Spider man motion lamp:  $5.99 @ Value Village

I thought this was super neat, but I'm not that crazy about spider man.  It took me a long time to decide...in the end, I thought it was too neat and well priced to leave behind.

It came out in 2001 but I don't know what the retail price was.  Probably around $25-$40.  The first marking is from 1994 so I guess it's been released at least twice.

I saw this last year and thought it was neat, but I had no use for it.  A bit later I wished it would come back because now I'm using a lot of lights.

Well, I found one!  I'm pretty sure it was old stock from last year, since I haven't seen it at any other locations. 

There's also a frog I found kind of cute, so I might get that one too.

I wanted a fun alarm clock, so I couldn't resist.  It was marked at $5.99 but I had a 30% off coupon.  It projects the time on the wall:

Pictures are from amazon.  It's $90 on amazon Canada!  It came out 5 years ago though...I saw it was selling for $30-$40 US back then.  Right now it's $45 with shipping.   I wonder how much it was in Canada.

This was actually a new location!  I didn't know that they opened a second one, but apparently it's been open for around 4 months now.

It's in a really convenient location because there are two other big thrift stores around (and this one's big too!).  I'll try to make an effort to come more often!

I'm so happy with how it turned out!  I saw some blinged out hello kitty figures before and really liked the look.  They were all super expensive too!  I saw one for $160+ locally.

I just bought the second one for the neat cage.  I saw it when it was half off, so I'm glad it went down even more!

I need more canisters and I like ones with animals on them, especially birds!  I thought this was a great deal so I'm happy they had one left in stock.  I bought it online with free shipping.

Wonder woman waffle maker and popcorn maker:  $12.44 each @ Wal mart (RSP:  $24.88 each)

I was interested at full price so I was glad they came down.  They also had some other appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, pancake maker, and a personal blender.  

Only the blender had the classic colours, the other ones had a gold/black theme which I guess is modern.  It just doesn't have the same pizzazz!

I was kind of interested in the toaster, it was only $7.44!  But the image was quite boring, so was the design:

I would have bought it if it wasn't so boring looking.  I was kind of interested in the pancake maker too, but it was also boring.  Plus I thought it was similar to the waffle maker, except the waffle maker looked way better.

Also got a $2 starfrit peeler and $1 ear plugs that were supposed to have a high noise reduction level.

This was the first time I tried in store pickup...never again!  It was a nightmare and took forever.

I've never shopped here before because it's all asian fashion...which means super tiny sizes!  The styles don't usually appeal to me either.

I don't know what the regular price for this was, but it seemed reasonable enough.  I just really liked the print!  

It was the only one there, and there isn't even a size listed.  I would guess it's like a small, of course!  Thankfully it fits.

It just happened to be opened up to this sweater, otherwise I probably wouldn't have noticed!  I'll try to pay more attention when I walk by here in the future!

All 75% off!  The first one was stupid...it turns out someone stuffed two different ones inside!  A bell and a deer, not the tree shown.  Plus...the bell doesn't work!!  I saw that all of the bulbs were burnt out.  I wonder how used this was before it was returned???

The box was taped up so I had no idea.  I'm definitely returning it!

The star laser is pretty cute.  It's a knock off of some other one that costs way more.  Seems to work pretty well for the price.
