Free comics for Halloween Comicfest.  I only went to one store, and they only let you have one each.  One of them is my brother's.

This is actually months of buying stuff!  I was too lazy to post it, but I thought I should before all of the listings expire.

Silver sequin pouch:  $2.04
Pink sequin pouch:  $2.05
Silicone pig oven mitt:  $1.39

Brown fox purse:  $2.25 (Highest:  $7.99)
Silicone octopus mold:  $1.98 (BIN:  $2.17+)
Crystal handle gold spoon:  $.41 (BIN:  $1+)

All off eBay.

For some reason, these sequin pouches weren't as nice as the first one I got.  They're bigger, but they also look sloppier for some reason.

I'm really happy I got that pearl necklace for so cheap.  I've never seen it go for that low before!

My Little Pony - Talking Princess Twilight Sparkle:  $3.99 @ Value Village (RSP:  $60)

I don't really follow my little pony anymore, so I didn't even know this existed.  Which is a good thing, because I probably would have wanted it!  Even though I don't love the current style, I do love huge, animatronic toys!

This thing talks, lights up, blinks, and moves its head and wings!  The one I got looks nearly new, except it's missing all of the accessories besides the necklace.

It's bilingual too.  It's way less annoying in french, so I'm going to be keeping it on that setting.  I'm so pleased for the price I paid, I'd never pay anywhere near retail for this!

JKC Studios - OMG pleather tote bag:  $3 @ Dollarama (RSP:  $50+!)

This is probably the most expensive thing I've seen at Dollarama.  I was so shocked when I looked up the price...some people are asking $110 for this!

I knew it was better quality than they normally are here, but I didn't expect it to be that expensive.

It's on amazon.com for $26, and it lists the retail price as $44 there...but from this blog post, I think the real price might have been over $100.  The coated canvas totes on that page look roughly the same size, and they're all that price!

I wasn't sure if I should get it, since I thought the "OMG" was tacky.  But I liked the graphics and prints other than that.  It was also really sturdy, and I thought it'd be an upgrade from a reusable bag.

I also saw this large cosmetic pouch made by the same company a few weeks ago at the same store:

But without looking at it closely, I thought it was some cheap engrishy thing.  It turned out that one retailed for $32!

Sofcomfort insoles:  $3 each (RSP:  $9.99+ each)
Funko - My little pony tin-tastic activity set:  $3 (RSP:  $10.99+)

All @ Dollarama

I spend too much here!  But they all seemed worth it, so I couldn't resist.  The insoles are for men, but I was able to cut them to fit me.  They're definitely worth the three bucks!

I was undecided on the MLP set, since I'm not that into them anymore.  But since I bought the other two, I thought I might as well get this one too.

Surprisingly, it's way smaller than the other two!  I prefer the packaging on those ones too.  They had two tin choices, but the other one was way too dopey looking for my tastes.

It looks like a production flaw if you don't know any better!

Another brandsampler.  The body wash is way bigger than the ones in the past have been!

Funko - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tin-Tastic activity set:  $3
Royal Heritage - Weiner dog pillow cases:  $2

Both @ Dollarama

I didn't really expect to find more of these, but I'm happy I did!  They only had this type here, whereas that first one only had the Jake ones.  I really hope the other stores get more in!

I'm going nuts with the pillow cases, but I just couldn't resist this print.  Pastel colour weiner dogs?  There were no second thoughts.

Posing woman ceramic figure:  $6.99 @ Value Village

I knew I had to have this when I saw it!  It reminded me of that mermaid I bought a while back, except this one's much bigger.  The mermaid again:

This one's around ten inches high, and thankfully she didn't break on the way home.

Her finish is pearlescent just like the mermaid.  She'll be a great display piece!

Halter rompers:  $2.50 each (RSP:  $25 each)

Floral crop tops:  $1 each (RSP:  $8 each)

All @ Urban Behaviour

So happy the $1 section is back!  They didn't have anything in that price range the last few times I went.

I was shocked that those rompers were still there.  They've been there for over a month!  I know because there were only 2-3 left each time, and they were all the same size.  They look great on, so I'm glad I finally picked them up.

Relpo - Toy trunk ceramic vase:  $2.99
Carriage musical box:  $6.99

Both @ Value Village

I was unsure about both of these, but they were just so neat.  I don't love nursery themed vases, but the teddy bear swayed me.

The music box was way too overpriced, especially since parts of it were broken.  It's also missing some parts, but it's fine overall.  This is what it's supposed to look like, mine is missing the lights and one of the brackets to hold the light.

The real problem is, it's filthy!  I hope the dirt comes off.  I really would have been more comfortable paying half the price for something in this condition.

I thought it was from the 70's, but it turns out it's from the 80's.  I found a picture of an in box one on Etsy:

I've seen people asking $50 for these in out of box condition, but I have no idea how much they actually go for.

Velvet purse:  $9.99
Snakeskin wristlet:  $3.99

Both @ Value Village

I hate paying full price, but these seemed worth it.  The velvet bag reminded me of a Birkin, and the leather is really luxurious.  It has a little bit of wear on the edges, but it doesn't look like it was used very much.

The snake skin wristlet on the other hand, is completely unused!  The front pouch is even lockable.
