Xhilaration - Magnet memo board with jewel magnets:  $3 @ Dollarama (RSP:  $15+)

What a great deal!  This is from Target, and similar ones on their site go for around $15 or so.  It's a decent size, around 15 x 15 inches.

They only had three there when I went.  This print, a zebra one, and this floral scrapbook looking one:

Couldn't pick it up fast enough!  I bought the shoe racks at the same time, so it was a bit cumbersome to carry everything.  Thankfully it was all light!

Maurice - Shoe rack x 3:  $3 each @ Dollarama

Finally!  I saw this once in a really out of the way part of town, but I didn't think it was that great of a deal.

Well, when I went home and researched how much they actually go for, I was totally kicking myself for not picking it up!  Similar ones go for up to $16.

I was waiting for them to show up at other Dollaramas, but they never did...I was starting to think I missed my chance.  So when I saw them today, I had to snatch them up!  Here's what the three look like together:

It looks pretty nice, but it's a bit flimsy.  For the price, I definitely think it's worth it....it looks better, and is even cheaper than the cheapest alternatives found elsewhere.

The cheapest ones are made of wire, which looks kind of crappy.  These have metal bars, so it looks much better.

It did fall apart on me once though!  It would have been better if the bars actually locked in place.

I ended up gluing the bars in, and so far so good.  These are mostly heavy boots though...I don't think I'd have a problem with heels and other light shoes.

Adventure time water bottle:  $3 @ A Buck or Two (RSP:  $12+)

I was so surprised to see this here!  I hardly go here in the first place, so I'm glad it caught my eye.

It didn't have a price though, so I thought it'd be ridiculous.  Some of the stuff is over ten bucks, so it's not much of a dollar store (which is why I hardly come).

Well, it turned out to be pretty reasonable, so I snatched it up!  I was also going to buy this adorable solar cupid with blinking eyes...but that was $2.50.

No way I was going to pay that!  It would have been half that exactly at a different dollar store.

"Come fly away with me" wood notebook:  $3 @ Dollarama

I actually wanted this the last time I bought one of their wood notebooks, but I didn't because it was really dirty.  The subsequent times I saw it, they all had flaws I couldn't overlook.

Well, it finally happened!  I found one that looked decent enough.  I don't know why there was such a problem with this design..most of the other ones were in great condition.

Turns out I've been on the lookout for half a year!  I didn't realize it had been that long.

Vibe - "Power Creature" USB battery charger:  $3
Hype - Stereo flash skull speaker:  $3 (RSP:  $12.99+)

Both @ Dollarama

Both impulse buys.  I hope they work ok!  They only has one skull speaker left, so I couldn't resist.  It even lights up!

Teal sequin bodycon dress:  $5 @ Sirens (RSP:  $29)

Finally!  I didn't think I could get this dress, but they had one at this location.  They also had the black version, but this one's much better.

Now I hope I can find those baroque sequin skirts somewhere!

Knit drape front blazer:  $11.66 (RSP:  $79.90)
Plaid sweater knit bomber blazer:  $4.16 (RSP:  $69.90)
Puppy love pullover:  $4.16 (RSP:  $49.90)

Denim tencel blouse:  $4.99 (RSP:  $49.90)
Mother of pearl stretch bracelet:  $1.49 (RSP:  $18.90)
Kate trouser jean:  $4.99 (RSP:  $69.50)

All @ Ricki's

I'm only going to be keeping the dog sweater and the plaid blazer...the rest just wasn't as nice in person!

Ended up returning a lot of them, they didn't fit that nicely!

Maxi tank dresses:  $2.50 each @ Urban Behaviour (RSP:  $17 each)

I can never tell the sizing with these ones...I thought they'd be form fitting, but they're actually quite loose!  But you can't go wrong for that price.

VeeVee -  Studded combat boots:  $6.25 (RSP:  $24.99)
Bag of dolls:  $1.99
Interior Illusions - Ceramic chihuahua piggy bank:  $3.99 (RSP:  $100)

All @ Value Village

I almost didn't go here, but since I just missed my other bus, I decided I might as well.  I'm so glad...found so much great stuff here!

This one had all of their red tag stuff (which is new)  for 75% off.  Most of it was junk,  but these boots were awesome!  They're a bit more than I like to pay, but it was still a good deal.

These are labeled 11, but they fit and look just like 10's!  They didn't have any 10's there, so I'm glad I tried these on.

Also happy about finding another Blythe.  This is what was in the bag:

I took the clothes off of that bigger doll, but the rest will be redonated.

I thought the chihuahua was really cool looking, but the tail had been broken off and poorly reattached.  I wish the price was cheaper, but I thought it was still an ok deal and worth buying.

Turns out it sold at Gilt for $100!  I didn't expect it to retail that high...I was thinking maybe $20 when I saw it.

There's also an adult version:

It looks pretty good!  I probably would have gotten that one if I had the choice.  Or why not both!

Pink peplum top:  $1.51 (RSP:  $12.99)
Pink cardigan sweater:  $3.49 (RSP:  $29.99)
Brown cardigan:  $1.97 (RSP:  $16.99)

All @ Urban Planet

Pink was my favourite colour in this style, so I was happy I was able to get it here.  These were all 80% off, so pretty great deals.  The pink cardigan was only half off at the other locations I went to!

Teal sequin bodycon skirt:  $2.48 (RSP:  $22)
Sequin tulip skirt:  $2.48 (RSP:  $24.99)

Both @ Urban Behaviour

Finally!  I've wanted that teal skirt for so long, especially since it didn't seem like I would find the dress version of it again.  So thankful they still had one in my size.  I hope I can find some more elsewhere!

The other skirt didn't end up being that great.  I wish I sized down!  Even better, I wish I bought the solid blue one instead.

Oh well, no complaints for this price!

Lumisource - Elephant plasma lamp:  $7 off Craigslist

This was new in box too!  I thought it would be from the 80's or 90's, but it turns out it was made in 2006.

That surprised me...I've never seen these kind of lamps anywhere!  I had to go a bit out of my way to get it, but it was worth it for how neat it is.

The company has some other cool lightning lamps, like this Buddha:

This brain:

This torso is quite nice too:

They seem to retail for around $30 each, so I got an alright deal!

Crystal/pearl statement necklace:  $3.25
Smile spoon/fork set x 2:  $.99 / $1.04
Pink pumpkin carriage keychain:  $.42
White pumpkin carriage keychain:  $.46
Fish bone keychain:  $.52

Poodle keychain:  $1.99
Cat pin:  $.55
Fox pin:  $.20
Etched cameo pins:  $1.06 each
Teddy bear keychain:  $.55

All off eBay.

Winter forest set of 4 silver side plates:  $3.94 (RSP:  $12)

Winter forest set of 2 bowls:  $2.94 (RSP:  $10)

All @ Superstore

This one had such a disappointing selection.  There was basically nothing left, except for some kitchen stuff...and that's because most of them were only half off!!

At least they had this stuff.  I really did want those silver plates, but I guess they weren't a fan favourite, since this one had more of those than anything else!

Probably because you can't use them in the microwave, so they're not that practical.  They sure are pretty though.

Turns out they had those bowls in black and silver too, but they were all sold out.  The one I got was the very last one!  I really wish I could have gotten the silver ones.

They were just an average deal.  The price is roughly regular price at some other stores, but I liked the design enough to get them.

They also had a ton of these glasses:

They had them in silver too.  I was kind of interested in them:

They were actually pretty nice quality!  I do think they would have been worth $1 each, but I didn't feel like spending any more.  That is like a regular dollar store price.  I'm holding out to see if they go down any further!

Eelskin bag:  $1.99
Harlequin Notables "Virgin with butterflies" pocket journal:  $2.99 (RSP:  $8.95)
Bag of doll furniture:  $1.99
Skinny snake skin belt:  $1.99

All @ Value Village

I'm not sure what that first thing is supposed to be.  It looks like a big pencil case, or maybe it's a makeup bag.  It looks completely new on the outside, but the inside is a gross sticky vinyl...I didn't notice back then, but I still would have bought it.

This is what was in the bag of doll furniture:

None of the furniture have any markings, so I thought it all could be unbranded.  But it is pretty good quality for a generic.

Turns out the bow chairs are Barbie!  That's surprisingly...I thought they stamped everything.  Maybe they've stopped.  It came from this 2013 Glam vacation house:

So it's possible the others are Barbie too.

That trunk is also a closet, it has two working drawers inside!  Can't beat all of that for two bucks.

They had a bunch of neat vintage Harlequin romance cover stationery today, but I thought it was all pretty overpriced.  $2.99 for one small notebook...normally they put a few in for this price, and they had a ton of them here!

Thought that was pretty unreasonable, but I liked this cover enough to get it.  They also had telephone books for $5..there was no way I was going to pay that.  Here's a better picture of it:

They had one memo pad for $2, but that didn't seem worth it either.  It didn't have a hardcover, unlike this one.

I looked online, and mine was the best cover.  I'm glad that one was there at least.

Uniform by John Paul Richard - Raspberry lamb leather jacket:  $9.99 @ Value Village

I wasn't sure about the colour, but it looked great on!  It's a really soft lamb leather too, so that clinched it.

I almost didn't come today.  For some reason, they didn't even send out an e-mail about the sale!  I found out about it just before going to bed, and I wasn't sure if I wanted to go on short notice.

Well, I've never regretted it before, so I didn't think I would this time either.  It almost always works out like that!

Plaid bird ornament:  $.34 (RSP:  $4)
Winter forest set of 4 silver dinner plates:  $6.24 (RSP:  $20)
Winter forest set of 4 black side plates:  $3.94 (RSP:  $12)

All @ Superstore

I heard that the Christmas stuff was 90% off, so I was excited to come.  Only the bird was 90% off. Most of the kitchen stuff was a bit less than 70% off, but it was a decent deal so I picked some up.

The dinner plates are a shiny silver, but they're unmicrowavable because of that.  They had a red one that was microwavable, but I didn't like it as much:

The side plates came in red too:

But I preferred the black, since it wasn't as festive.  I think I could use them year round.

They have one in silver that I didn't see there:

I'll totally buy it if I find it elsewhere!   On second thought, I might get those red ones too.

Diablo 3 hardcover strategy guide:  $3 @ Dollarama (RSP:  $36.99)

Finally!  I heard about this about two months ago, but I haven't found one until now.  I love the game, so I thought it was worth getting for the price.  It even comes with a neat metal bookmark:

They only had one left, so it must have been meant to be!

Blue sequin dress:  $5 @ Sirens (RSP:  $29)

Too bad they didn't have the teal one I wanted, but I still have hope I'll find it at another location!

"Always look to the stars" paddle brush:  $.65 (RSP:  $5.99)
"Happy Holla Days" ceramic travel mug:  $.67 (RSP:  $5.99)
"Bah hum pug" ceramic travel mug:  $.67 (RSP:  $5.99

Textured peplum tops in white, black and burgundy:  $1.45 each (RSP:  $12.99 each)

All @ Urban Planet

These were all 80% off too.  What a great deal!  I didn't expect to see those holiday mugs, but they were so fun I couldn't resist.

Sadly, the tops are so tight!  I didn't think they would be, but now I wish I tried them on.  The large one is only 32 inches in the bust!!  The worst part is, the material is pretty stiff, so it doesn't stretch much.

It fits like a small...which is obvious when you see the model, who's probably wearing an actual small:

It's skintight even on her!  Gotta say it is flattering though, if you are that skinny..this top showcases it nicely.

Wide brim felt hat:  $1.50 (RSP:  $12.99)
"Good vibes" polka dot paddle brush:  $.68 (RSP:  $5.99)
Quilted combat boots:  $4.60 (RSP:  $39.99)

All @ Stitches

I never go here.  I'm so glad I did today!  They had a very tiny section that was 80% off, but I managed to find some gems.

Those combat boots in particular.  They just looked so cool!  I found pictures off Urban planet's website:

They only had one pair there, and it just happened to be my size.  Score!

They have these subtle burgundy patches everywhere.  It reminded me of something out of a video game.  They have the hat at Urban Planet too:

They had one in red that I was considering, but I thought I'd use the black more.  Plus, I didn't want to go too much over $10 so I could get the best value.

It looked like this, except  it didn't have a buckle....I preferred the buckle, which is another reason it was easy to pass up.

They also had these fedoras in several colours:

But I didn't think it looked that great on.  Plus, a wide brim provides way more sun protection.

They had a few other paddle brushes, but I wasn't too crazy about the designs.  It was such a great price though, I had to pick one of them up.  It is lower quality than the one I got at dollarama though!

It actually turns out they did carry the rhinestone/pearl brush I got from there..it would only be $1.20 now!  That's less than half the price I paid.

Jeweled lip hair brush:  $3 @ Dollarama

Finally!  I thought I missed out, but thankfully they restocked all of them.  I'm glad I didn't cave and buy that messed up one a while back.

Dolman sleeve zip front hoodie:  $2.99 @ Ricki's (RSP:  $59.90)

They had an extra 40% off, so I couldn't resist.  They only had it in XS left, and I should really be a medium or large based on their size chart.

Surprisingly, it's not even tight on me!  It's a somewhat flattering fit, but I could even have sized down...if there were a smaller size.
