Heart of gold notebook:  $.75 @ Michaels (RSP:  $1.50)

I had a half off coupon, so I couldn't resist.  The heart is pretty scratched up and blotchy though...I thought that was just the plastic covering, but sadly, it wasn't!

They actually have a lot of nice looking stuff in their dollar spot section.  The designs seem nicer than other ones in that price point.  I'll have to make it a point to drop in more often!

"Paint the town pink" trinket box:  $9.60 @ Michaels (RSP:  $23.99)

Their regular price is such a ripoff!  This was 60% off, which is only 10% more than the half off deal you can get anytime.

I thought it might get to 70% soon, but I liked it so much I had to get it.  I haven't seen this anywhere else, and I thought the price was alright.

If I find more I might pick them up.  They had a lot of neat stuff in their "gifts for her" section, including this floating glitter frame!  I hope that'll still be around when the price goes lower.  They also had some really nice glass trays I might want to get.

Also got a pretty gift from my friend:

Love that pink zebra box!

Damask wrapping paper:  $2.69 total @ Michaels

I was hoping to find more zebra paper, but I found these instead.  If I find enough, I might use it as wallpaper too.

Zebra wrapping paper:  $.75/$1.50
TMNT colouring book:  $1

All @ Michael's

I actually need 4 rolls of that paper, so I'm really hoping I can find it at another one.  These ones were the only rolls that weren't Christmas themed, so I don't know how easy it'll be to find them.

The colouring book was an impulse buy.   That was regular price!  It was $1 US and $1 Canadian, which was a nice change.  Usually the Canadian price is much higher.

Krylon ballet slipper spraypaint:  $5 (RSP:  $9.99)
Cat mug:  $2.10 (RSP:  $7)

Both @ Michaels

They had a one day only half off coupon, so I decided to go.  I need way more cans of this paint, and this is the only place they sell it!

The cat mug was an afterthought.  I really liked it, but it did have some scuffs on it.

Since it was way bigger than my other mugs, and it was the only one there, I decided to get it.  They also had a black/white reversed cup of the same design, but I thought this looked nicer.

Curtain rod:  $1.50 @ Dollarama
Wrapping paper:  $.50 each @ Michael's (RSP:  $1.50+)

The wrapping paper was an impulse buy.  I saw them in the $.50 bin, and that just seemed too good of a deal to pass up!

They scanned in at $1.50 each, which is already pretty reasonable...so I wonder if that was already the sale price.

Thankfully the cashier gave it to me for the lower price.  Now I wish I bought way more, because I had a great idea to use them as wallpaper!  I don't think I have enough as is.

Duck scrub brush:  $1.25 @ Dollarama
Krylon Colormaster spray in ballet slipper:  $5.99 @ Michael's

I still have an old can of Krylon, but I didn't think it would be enough for my dresser.  They don't have the exact same one I bought last time, but the lids look exactly the same.

This actually only retails for $4.97 at Wal mart, and it's $5.79 at Canadian Tire.  The regular price at Michael's is $9.99!  But my Wal mart didn't have it, and the colour's not on Canadian Tire's website.

I found out that it's only $3 in the States!  It sucks that it's twice the price here, but what can you do.

I was looking for a cute scrub brush because I'm going to need to do some major cleaning soon (including the rug, I didn't realize it as so gross!).  Anything that makes it more enjoyable is worth it!

Gorilla super glue:  $5.09 @ Michael's (RSP:  $8.49)
Jacques Vert - Brown leather purse with beige stripe accent:  $3.99 @ Salvation Army (RSP:  $60+)

I haven't been to Michael's in so long!  I needed a stronger glue for my studding projects, so I decided to get this one.

They claim they're the strongest on earth!  I had a coupon, so I decided to buy it there...plus, I don't know where else this brand is sold.

Also went to Salvation Army, since I was in the area.

I really liked the purse, but I thought it was kind of pricey for $4, since it is kind of plain, and it has some minor wear on the outside.

It's from one of the brands I always look out for though, so I just had to get it.  They always use such nice leather, and their designs are always classic and timeless.

Snoopy plaster magnets:  $.84 @ Michaels (RSP:  $8.49)
Valentine's mug:  $.19 @ Michaels (RSP:  $1.99)

I ended up going to a Winners I've never been to before-it was so hard to get to!  Worse, it was during a snowstorm...I ended up having to walk/wait for the bus in the freezing cold for more than half an hour.  After that, I was done going to other Winners (that weren't indoors!)

When I was walking past, I noticed that Michaels had their valentine's stuff for 90% off.  It was all outside too, otherwise I probably wouldn't have gone inside to look.

I thought they were cute and cheap.  I suppose part of the reason I bought them was because that winner's was so disappointing-didn't find anything at all there!
