These were half off so I bought them on a whim.  I wanted the cat massager for the longest time!  The sale was on select beauty items, so not everything was included.

The sale items were BOGO free, so I snagged those dressses.  I would have been happier paying $5 for them, but $7 seemed ok.

Especially since I paid full price for the brush, which was even more than that!  It was sold out the first time I saw it so I really didn't think it would come back.  I thought it was just so adorable, I had to have it.

It's off the site again, so it definitely feels like I made the right choice.  It was only back for a few days!

Funnily enough, the day I bought it, I actually saw the same brush at Claire's!!  It was $10 regular price, which was even more expensive.  But they were having a buy 3 get 3 free sale so it could have been $5...except there wasn't anything else I would have gotten.

The front of the brush was different too.  The forever 21 one has all black bristles, while the clear one was white with pink tips...which I normally would have liked better, except that one looked gross and dingy.

"I am a caticorn" brush:  $6.90 @ Forever 21

Shockingly, I paid full price for this!  I thought it was a ripoff for a brush...but it was so neat, I couldn't resist!  I've never seen a snowglobe hair brush before.

Most of their regular brushes cost that price too, so that makes it feel more worth it.  Those ones are just ordinary paddle brushes with cute prints.  

It was only $3.90 in the US though, which converts to $5.25 Canadian..I would have been much happier paying that!

It would have been better if there was actual liquid in there.  It turns out they do make this kind of brush in other designs, but they're all for little kids.  Those retail for around $5 US and have unsophisticated designs.

I actually think they're the same size, but they're all from kiddie shows like frozen, paw patrol, finding dory, and trollz.  I kind of like the minions one:

Love when they have free shipping!  I've been eyeing that top for a long time, so I had to get it even though it wasn't as cheap as I'd like.  It was $16.99 the last time I checked, so this seemed reasonable enough.

The pouch was an afterthought.  I just thought it was neat and cute.  $3 is about my max for a makeup pouch, so it made the cut.

Both skirts are way more than I wanted to pay, but I really liked them!  Especially the sequined one.  I would have preferred to wait for an extra half off sale (I bought them at an extra 30% off), but I didn't want to risk my size being sold out.

Turns out all of the items in my size, except for the red skirt, ended up selling out.  So I'm glad I ordered when I did.

 

I was also unsure about the sizing.  These are Love 21 items, which are a half size smaller than their usual line.  Given the measurements, I'd be in between sizes!  But the last Love 21 item I bought ended up being HUGE, so I took a chance and sized down.

Luckily, both of them fit!  Kind of tightly, but the next size up would have definitely been too big.  Though I think for the lace skirt, the larger size still might have been fine.

The other shirt were just because they were cheap.  I needed more workout gear, and I don't have any other tops with hoodies.  

I actually really liked the floral sweatshirt, even though I don't like crop tops.  I just love mirror print images!

I spent way more than I wanted to...I never thought I'd spend nearly $100 all on one go here!  But all of the sales items were an extra half off, and there were so many things I wanted.

I did pay more than I usually would.  I don't like paying more than $5 from anything from these fast fashion stores, and I don't like paying over $3 for skirts either.  But since the pictures made them look so good, I decided to pay a little extra.  

For the sequined stuff, I was fine with paying those prices...they're worth it!  They'd be way more anywhere else.

Annoyingly, I missed out on the dress that I really wanted!  It was in my cart, but it sold out before checkout.  I didn't want to make multiple orders, but now I really wish I did.  I'm sure I would have gotten it if I didn't spend so much time finding reviews on each item.  Oh well, next time I'll know...

A lot of these are just as gorgeous in person, but the sizing is really hit or miss.  A lot are too small, some are too big, and only some fit just right.  It's pretty disappointing..especially since everything was final sale.

I really made the order for the sequined things.  First I saw them online, and thought they were gorgeous...then I saw them in person, and I wanted them even more!  So when things were finally half off, I couldn't help but go overboard.

Even though I spent a lot, I wish I bought more things.  Like that lace mini skirt in blue...I didn't because I already ordered so many blue skirts, but that one was such great quality!  I was surprised for the price.

I also wish I bought the full lace bodycon dresses...they were made from the same material as the skirts, so I know they would have been a good buy too.

Can't wait for the next one!

Forever 21 - Mesh-Trimmed Bodycon Dress in Aqua and Teal:  $3.99 each (RSP:  $18.80 each)

Plus sized, as you can tell!  I'm only about a size 10, but Forever 21 bodycon dresses are so small!  Their regular sizes are already one size smaller, whereas their bodycons are around 2 sizes smaller.  

I really don't like super skintight dresses, especially when moderately tight dresses look just as good (and much classier) in my opinion.  They're way more comfortable too!

I got the 1X, and it fits the way I hoped.  Skims my body without being too tight, while showing off my figure in a flattering way.  It's also quite long too, so I'm very happy with them.

The colours are different than expected though...they're not as bright.  But for the price, I'm super happy!  That included free shipping too!  It only took 5 days to arrive, including the day I ordered!

Well, for this boxing day, everything lined up!  Prices were incredibly cheap since they were offering 30% off the lowest price, and there was free shipping with no minimum!  I just had to jump on that.

The best part is, it came so fast!  3 and 4 days respectively, which is really impressive considering it was a holiday, and it went over the weekend.

I just wish I ordered earlier, because I could have gotten half off instead of 30%!  Would have saved $3....but I'll just make sure I order earlier next time!
