Airtight tape x 2
Animal magnets
Heart push pins
Vegetable peeler

$2 each @ Yokoyaya

Finally!  I've been waiting for that insulation foam to come back for a long while.

The magnets are surprisingly good.  They're pretty strong and useful too!

3 in 1 fly swatter:  $1.25 @ Dollarama

Set of 6 food sealing clips
Double sided tape

$2 each @ Yokoyaya

That's the neatest fly swatter I've ever seen!  It comes with a pan attached and even has flyers in the handle.  It was super cheap too!

I thought the food sealing clips were cute and useful.  There are even sliders so you can set a date!  I did see online that they used to sell 8 for the same price not even a year ago though.

Bear tape measure:  $2 @ Yokoyaya

I passed on this last time I was there, but I couldn't resist this time.  Too bad it's only in cm!  I didn't know that when I bought that.

It even lists inches on the package, so it's bizarre that the actual tape doesn't.

Strawberry bento box:  $2 @ Yokoyaya

Plus chinese new year freebies throughout the mall! You had to play a game to win for all of them.

For the scrubbing bubbles you had to play a space invaders type game...it seems like you could try as many times as you want, so I played twice to get that brush.  It's so cute!

They also had full size products to give away, but it doesn't seem like anyone got enough points for any of those the entire day.  I would have been happy with more brushes!  Now that I think about it, I should have tried once more.

Pink Christmas tree
Double sided tape
"Fairy dog" fruit box
Hair pin case set

Cosmetic case (square)
Cosmetic case (round)
Cosmetic case (round)

Pig bento box
Strawberry bento box

$2 each @ Yokoyaya

I wish this store was nearby!  They always have such neat stuff.  I saw that tree, and it was instant love...after that I was pretty much on a pink rampage.

I was surprised at those crystal top boxes.  They look much more expensive than they are!  They totally look like glass until you pick them up.

I took the lights and decorations off of a crappy mini tree I found at Value Village for $2...I think it looks much better on this one!

I would love a big pink tree, but I don't see them for sale here.  I almost wonder if I should get a few more and try to cobble one together myself.

12 "babe" cocktail sticks:  $.50 @ Yoko yaya

I've never seen anything that cheap there, so I was shocked when I saw the price.  They're fun and kitschy,  so why not.

Saw these when I was searching online.  They're pretty neat too:

Not sure when I'd use any of them, but just in case!

Bodico - Sisal glove:  $2.50
Menji - Dolphin stapler:  $1.50
Ice cream calculator:  $2

All @ Yoko Yaya

I saw the same kind of glove at Daiso for $3.50, and I was considering buying it then.  I thought I could possibly get it cheaper online though, so I didn't.

Well, it wasn't cheaper online!  And they were at least $8 anywhere else, so I was planning on buying it the next time I went back.

So glad I didn't!  This one's even cheaper, and it works great.  I should probably stock up for when this one falls apart.

I'm surprised they had something under $2 here.  I thought that would have been worth it for the stapler.  It was the only one there, so I got it even though I'm not crazy about the colour.

The calculator was just so cute, I couldn't resist!  Even though I really have no use for it.  They're online for about $10!

KidsKraft elephant tape dispenser:  $2
100 heart shaped push pins:  $2
Poodle utensil set:  $2
"Wild west marksman" accessory set:  $3

All @ Yokoyaya

Just like Daiso, except way smaller.  They don't tend to always carry the same stuff either...I suspect the things here are older.  Still, it's better that way.

This one also carries a lot more English merchandise, but at a higher markup.  If I found that elephant dispenser elsewhere, it would probably be $1.25!  But it was so neat, I had to have it...even though I really don't like that colour.  They didn't have any others, and I didn't think they'd be restocked.

The cowgirl set was an afterthought.  I just really liked that pink gun!  It has a neat cow relief on the handle.  They actually have two different sets, and I'll probably buy the other one when I go back...the gun in that one is for the opposite hand.
