They had a dark pink lid too, but I thought they were enough.  They only hold a cup but I thought they were cute.

Glass light up unicorn:  $4.99 @ Talize (18 days!)

I was surprised at the date, since I definitely didn't see it there before.  Even this time, I saw it hidden away in a weird place.

I'm not sure how old it is since they'd usually use something like plastic for this if it's a cheap toy.

That's only $8.63 US!  But I was OK with what I paid too.  It changes colour and even plays music!

I don't really come here because the value isn't as good as Daiso.  But this is a new location, and I was in the area, so I checked it out.

I love the mug!  The design is so neat.

I'm not crazy about the colour, but it was the only one they had.  Turns out they had a pink one:

I would have preferred that one, so now I'm on the lookout!

I've seen them sell for $16US so this is definitely a deal.

I just bought the second one for the neat cage.  I saw it when it was half off, so I'm glad it went down even more!

I need more canisters and I like ones with animals on them, especially birds!  I thought this was a great deal so I'm happy they had one left in stock.  I bought it online with free shipping.

These aren't sold in stores around here, so I had to wait until I had something to buy online.  I wanted an oil mister, but the other ones were around $15.

Well, they call it a tea bottle, but I don't see why.  I love the pink one I got, so I thought I should get a back up!  They have two other types of purple, but I'm not tempted by those.

This one has a bunny tail though, which looks pretty odd.   My other one didn't.

The skulls are the same as my other ones, except they have handles!  I was a bit wary about the colour...I hope they're on the outside and won't seep into anything.  I would have preferred clear ones.

I actually wanted to buy some at Michaels for 80% off.  They were the same kind of colours, but no handles.  They would have been $1.40 each, but I think these are better because of the handles.  Plus they were all gone at that price anyway!

I already have kitchen shears, but these ones are sturdier, plus I like the colour better.

Those lip balms are so cute!  They had all of the star war ones, then a Dale and a Thumper.  I'm tempted to go back for the Dale and the Thumper!  I had no idea they retailed for that much...I wouldn't have paid that, but $2 seemed reasonable to me.

2.5L glass container:  $4 @ Dollarama

The brand is "kitchen elements" but it has their price printed on the bottom, so probably made for them.

This is the biggest glass container I've seen there so far.  For a long time the biggest they had was a 1.5L for $3.50, so this is a much better deal.  I've seen similar ones go for $10+!

Turns out this store has been open a month, but I never knew about it because I rarely go to that section!  It was advertised as a $2+ store...it reminded me a lot of minisou, except it was even smaller than that.

The only things I found worthwhile were the drinkware.  They had some cute cups that were $4-$5, but I didn't love any of them.

I loved this though!   I was so happy I found them, and for so cheap too.  I actually almost bought nearly the exact bottle online for $8...it was the same style, except a bunny.  This was a much better deal!

They had it in four colours...the other ones were aqua, then a light and dark purple.  I almost bought the blue one, but I thought I might as well see how good this one was first!

I hope they're the kind of store that gets a lot of turnaround.  If they only sell the same stuff all of the time I don't think I'd be that interested, but if they get new stuff in to replace sold out stuff that would be ideal.

Glass jar water dispenser: $4 @ Dollarama

This was such a good deal!  I've seen similar ones for $20-$40.  It's big...looks like it holds at least 4 liters.

This was the only one there, and I've never seen them anywhere else.  There's no sticker or labels anywhere either!

They had another glass water dispenser here a while back, but it was about half the size, and not as good.  The lid was plastic and you had to press a rubber button inside of the spout to get it to go...and it was reallly hard to push.  That's why I didn't get it.

This one you just need to flip up though, so it couldn't be easier!  I thought it was too big for my purposes, but it was just too good to pass up.

I ended up finding it at another store!  Turns out it holds 3.5 liters.

There's also another design, but I like mine better!  The other one just has some text, sort of a mason jar style.

Except for the lantern which ended up being $.50!   I almost didn't buy it because it only had ONE LED bulb..I thought it'd be super dim and useless.  But it was just so cute I couldn't resist!  I'm glad it ended up being super cheap because it's worth it for that price.

Everything else was a planned purchase.  I saw that those bowls are $4.16US each on their official site!  That works out to around $5.25 Canadian each, which is a pretty good deal in comparison.  They're really thick and heavy.

I asked if they were food safe so we'll see.  They're virgin glass so I think they should be...researching online it seems that most glass is food safe.  Clear glass that hasn't been used for anything else should be anyway!

I really came for the candle holder, since I'm on such a big kick right now.  I could only find one that wasn't super sloppy.  I saw the exact same one at daiso later on!

I also wanted a smaller glass chopping board.  They had one without a picture, but it seemed boring in comparison.  They also had one with a picture of a cup of coffee, but I didn't like it that much.  I didn't see any of the rectangular ones, but I prefer the circular ones anyway.

I just bought the jelly for the container.  I thought it was just so neat!  The jellly didn't end up being very good.

I wasn't sure about the carafe, but it has this adorable bunny relief on it...it was a bit more than I wanted to pay and only a dollar off, but I bought it in the end.

I was considering the duster and the LED switch for a while, but I wasn't sure if they were worth it.  Both of them ended up selling out quickly and I wasn't sure if I would find them again.  It's probably been about a month or so!

I've never been tempted by the trash bins at dollarama, but I couldn't resist this one!  It was the only one there, and of course I love pink.

It's the same reason I bought the brush...that was the only one there, and it's just so pretty!  I love the clear accents.

I've wanted to try out the glass containers there for a while.  It does actually seem to be airtight, so I'm going to buy the rest of the sizes soon!

They had these in for Valentine's day.  I was tempted to buy them at full price, but I'm so glad I didn't!  There was only one left when I went today...it was meant to be!

I like the images, but it turns out the sayings on the back are quite stupid.  Oh well...I'll just make sure to always have the image facing me.

Besides the packaging which has some hearts on it, the cups themselves don't look seasonal at all.  For that reason, I wasn't sure if they would be discounted, but thankfully they were.
