What a great price for the turtle!  It even came with some other toys, but I didn't want them so I left them behind.

The picture frames are plastic, but they're super shiny.  I like how detailed they are, but I wouldn't have bought them if they weren't still wrapped in plastic.

They only retailed for $1.50 each!  I'm shocked.  I totally would have bought them new!  I do remember they used to sell a lot of ornate frames at dollar stores back in the day, but they don't seem to carry those styles anymore.
