Stella Cruz - striped maxi dress:  $5 @ Winners (RSP:  $19.99 - $30)

This is a pretty ordinary price for a dress like this, but I couldn't resist!  This seems like better quality than the ones I usually get.

They had a blue one too, but It looked almost exactly the same so I left it behind.
