Lot of 13 doll shoes:  $.99 off eBay (Highest:  $3.29)

The shoes are cute, but I was expecting another pair of clear green boots like the ones I previously bought.  In fact, that's why I bought the lot!  Here was the picture in the auction:

It didn't say things were random.  It says everything would come the same as the picture.  I did get every other style (though in different colours shown in some cases), so I'm kind of annoyed I didn't get a pair of boots.

I'm wondering if I should say something..
