Girls Crochet Tulip Front Elastic Waist Short in cream and black:  $5 each @ Bluenotes (RSP:  $20)

The website actually shows that as their regular price!  Normally they show the original price if the item has been discounted, so who knows.  But in stores, they were marked at $20, on sale for $10!

Luckily they ended up being the same price as the website.  I thought they were so pretty, I don't have any shorts in this style.  The exact same ones are $31 at Charlotte Russe!

Sleek python satchel:  $9.99 (RSP:  $44.90)
Convertible maxi dress:  $9.99 (RSP:  $69.90)
Tape yarn stitch pullover:  $3.79 (RSP:  $49.90)
Shine yarn pullover:  $3.79 (RSP:  $49.90)

Cropped mock neck pullover:  $3.79 (RSP:  $49.50)
Asymmetric foil print top - Berry:  $3.79 (RSP:  $45.50)
Asymmetric foil print top - Bronze:  $3.79 (RSP:  $45.50)

All @ Ricki's

I returned the other asymmetric tops because these were cheaper.  Surprisingly, I'm keeping all of these!

I wasn't sure about the purse.  I thought it might look cheap in person, but it's better in person!  I love how it looks.

I even saw the other two bags with that same python print (but different designs), and those looked great too.  I might buy one of them if a decent sale happens soon!

Harlem Hoodie Sweater Vest:  $2.80 (RSP:  $18.90)
Boxy Floral Knit Sweatshirt:  $4.20 (RSP:  $27.80)
Striped Knit Pullover:  $2.80 (RSP:  $17.90)

Baroque Sequins Pencil Skirt:  $16.09 (RSP:  $33.90)
Scalloped Lace Pencil Skirt:  $11.19 (RSP:  $23.90)

All @ Forever 21

Both skirts are way more than I wanted to pay, but I really liked them!  Especially the sequined one.  I would have preferred to wait for an extra half off sale (I bought them at an extra 30% off), but I didn't want to risk my size being sold out.

Turns out all of the items in my size, except for the red skirt, ended up selling out.  So I'm glad I ordered when I did.

I was also unsure about the sizing.  These are Love 21 items, which are a half size smaller than their usual line.  Given the measurements, I'd be in between sizes!  But the last Love 21 item I bought ended up being HUGE, so I took a chance and sized down.

Luckily, both of them fit!  Kind of tightly, but the next size up would have definitely been too big.  Though I think for the lace skirt, the larger size still might have been fine.

The other shirt were just because they were cheap.  I needed more workout gear, and I don't have any other tops with hoodies.

I actually really liked the floral sweatshirt, even though I don't like crop tops.  I just love mirror print images!

Grey and black halter pants:  $5 each @ Sirens (RSP:  $30 each)

I don't know what these are actually called.  I've never seen them anywhere!  The top part looks like half a vest or some sort of halter.  I guess they end up looking like fancier overalls.

These pants are pretty nice quality for Sirens.  The fit was really flattering, especially because they were fitted in the legs.  The material is nicer than normal too.

The halter part is removable.  Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have bought them!  It's a nice option to have, but I don't think it's something I'd want to wear regularly.

I also saw some leggings that were clearanced to 2 for $5, but I didn't like any of the colours.  Plus, they were constructed more like pantyhose than tights.

I almost bought two more pants to use the coupon, but now I didn't.  I noticed there was a hole in one of them before I bought it!  They didn't have any more in my size, so I ended up just buying these two.

Hooray for free, convenient, furniture!  On the way back, I noticed that my next door neighbour had this out on their curb.  I've been looking for another dresser, and this one has so many drawers!

It's pretty heavy though.  Oh well, it practically fell into my lap so I won't complain!

Mirrored bodycon dress:  $5 (RSP:  $15)
Orange floral bodycon dress:  $5 (RSP:  $15)
Blue floral "top":  $7 (RSP:  $15)

All @ Sirens

And at a location that's supposed to be closing tomorrow!  The sales weren't that great, considering.

These are average prices I'd pay...$7 is actually more than I would have paid, except I really like this.  It's slit up to your navel, which is why it's technically a shirt.  I'm definitely going to sew it together before I wear it.

Even though they're all the same size, the first two look two sizes smaller!  Luckily they still fit.

Pink floral/bird lime glass plates and bowls
Covered pink glass bowl
Rose goblet

$2 each @ Daiso

This place has the best dishes!  On occasion anyway.  I almost missed these, but I'm glad I double backed and saw them.

They look way more expensive than they actually cost!  At first I only wanted one bowl, but I thought it'd look a lot nicer as a set.  I'm pretty sure I couldn't get any more of these if I didn't buy them now, especially since I rarely go.

I just wish I bought more rose cups:

Those would look great as a set too!  I also wouldn't mind having more of those covered glass bowls...they had purple and clear ones there, but I got the best one.  They're cut glass, and the designs are so pretty!

Dr. Scholls - Cozy comfort insoles:  $3 (RSP:  $12.99)
Floral shower curtain:  $1.50

Seahorse bubble gun:  $1.25
Conair carbon smooth brush:  $3 (RSP:  $12.99)

All @ Dollarama

That bubble gun was a total last minute buy.  It was the only one of any colour in that store, and I'm a sucker for pink plastic!

Unfortunately, it didn't work!  I didn't think dollarama would do anything about it, so I cut it open and managed to fix it...with great difficulty.  One of the gears fell out, and it was so confusing to figure out where it went!

It also turns out that they would have taken it back, despite their policy.  Which is good to remember in case I get something I can't fix.

George Women's Pull-On Pants (2):  $3 each (RSP: $ 16)
George Womens Rayon Pyjama Pants:  $3 (RSP:  $16)
George Womens Black Rayon Pyjama Pants:  $3 (RSP:  $15)

All @ Walmart.ca

I bought the first one because it had pockets...a lot of them don't!  I bought the other two because they were supposed to be a really light fabric that was wearable in summer.  I prefer wearing pants even when it's hot, so I thought I'd try them out.

Stripe racerback midi dress:  $4.94 @ JoeFresh.com (RSP:  $19)

They had free shipping, so I thought I might as well get this.  It's an xs...but since it's not very form fitting on the model, and because it's made out of jersey, I thought it would fit.

And it does!  The crazy thing is, it isn't even too tight.  It totally looks like I'm wearing the right size.

For some reason they offered free next day shipping, which normally costs $25!  5 times the price of this dress.  Stupidly, it ended up taking the same time as standard shipping!

George half zip fleece:  $3 (RSP:  $10)
Nygard pull on faux fly pants:  $3 (RSP:  $18+)

Both @ Walmart.ca

The first one was a gift for my brother.  I ordered a yellow one too, but it seems to be out of stock..I don't think it's coming back again.

The pants are the same as the other ones I bought, except in a different colour.  They look so horrible in the picture, but I swear they look fine in person!

Freebies from Willowbrook's outdoor expo.  They said that each bag was worth $25+!  Half of the stuff wasn't actually from their bag, I picked them up from the vendors that were there.

I also got a $25 gift card to a mall for viewing a presentation!  It was a good day.

Jacquard roll cuff blouse:  $6.29 / $6.99 (RSP:  $45.50)
Baroque print gathered blouse:  $4.16 (RSP:  $49.50)
Draped rhinestone pullover:  $4.16 (RSP:  $49.50)

Asymmetric foil print top - Berry:  $4.16 (RSP:  $45.50)
Asymmetric foil print top - Bronze:  $4.16 (RSP:  $45.50)

All @ Ricki's

Their pictures are so deceiving!  The first two tops looked beautiful online, but in person...I was totally underwhelmed.

The first one looks like a really cheap pajama top.  Not how I expected at all!  I already returned one, and now I need to return the other.

I'm actually returning everything except the pullover.  Surprisingly, that one fit, even though it's an XS!  It looks really nice too.

I like the asymmetric tops too, but they're pretty loose.  They're not as figure flattering as I hoped.  I just ordered a size down because they're even cheaper now, so we'll see how that goes.

Emporio Armani blazer:  $5

Metal Grecian woman lamp:  $10

Both @ Value Village

I haven't gone in a while, and I almost didn't go today.  I'm glad I did!  I almost always find something great when I go out.

I'm always happy to find Armani in my size.  Surprisingly, it happens pretty frequently!  I might have a closet full some day soon.

Funnily enough, it's exactly the same as the last one I bought, except this one has 2 buttons instead of 3.

I don't always check the lamp section (because it's out of the way), but I'm glad I remembered to this time.  I was surprised it was so reasonably priced!

Her face isn't very pretty, so I almost left her behind just because of that.  But overall, I love how it looks...and I don't know when or if I'd find another one, so I decided to just get it.

I'm not going to use it as a lamp though.  I'm going to use it to hold my jewelry!  I just need to find a place to put it.

Now I'm really wishing I bought at least one of these lamps way, way, back..there were two there!

It would have made a beautiful stand!  It was even cheaper than the one I got today, and certainly better.  Hopefully it'll pop up again!

Free comic book day!  My family's collective haul.  My brother found me a TMNT later on, so I was pretty happy about that.
